WebEver: Concept, goal and functions

WebEver is a website editing, updating and maintaining tool. It features an user-friendly interface that allows you to reduce maintenance costs, maintain your pages and create new ones, and supports third-party form creation. Furthermore, it allows precise updating of your company’s most relevant information. Here are some of WebEver’s main features:

• It allows you to administrate and control directly and indirectly your website’s content, from anywhere (provided you have Internet access), and without requiring any special tools or technical staff.
• It operates completely within the server (server-side application). The user can access it through any web browser.
• Multi-user, multi-website access.
• Allows you to conveniently add all the new pages you need.
• It frees you from third parties having to manage your website’s content.
• It enables you to backup your website and its components.
• The website’s editable content can be modified through the browser, with a flexible rich text editor (RTF) that allows the use of fonts, images, tables, etc. The editor is very easy to use and provides the user great flexibility.
• It handles appearance standards for the templates’ editable sections. This allows the user, when modifying the content, to know how must the site be edited to look good, respecting the website’s standard image.
• It handles users and rights over the site. Access level can be defined for every user, in order to make site modifications.

WebEver: User interface and economy of resources

WebEver users don’t need any technical knowledge. Basic understanding of any text editor is enough to easily use this powerful tool. 

WebEver requires someone in charge of the website’s administration, who will have privileges over regular users, but it doesn’t require that the administrator works full-time on it, since the tool is so effective, time-saving and easy to use.
